Custom Design Terms of Service

We will request a deposit of 50% at time of estimate acceptance. You agree to pay the remaining balance at time of delivery of finished design. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

If you choose to have me create sketches of your design, there will be a design time fee of $150. If you choose not to proceed with the design and cancel after we have invested design time on your project, the $150 will not be refundable.

Payment can be made via cash, credit or debit card, or by Apple Pay.

The deposit and any additional upfront fees such as design time and melting of customers metals are not refundable unless a claim that the final, completed design is defective is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If one of the parties chooses to end the contract prior to project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.
