Returns & Exchanges

I stand by my jewelry. If an item ever breaks due to a manufacturing defect, I will repair or replace it at no charge for up to one year after your purchase date. Simply place it in a padded envelope and(or) box and ship it via an insured and trackable method. Please note that this does not include general wear & tear or broken or cracked stones.

• Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

• We are unable to accept any returned items that have been altered by a third party jeweler.

• If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, return it within 14 days of delivery and I will give you a 100% refund on your purchase (minus shipping). After 14 days, refunds or exchanges will be at the discretion of Stones Throw Studio. Please contact me with any questions about this.

• Any piece containing 14k gold as part of the design will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

• As rings are made to order, exchanges for a different size can only be made when the replacement ring size is in stock. If it is not then there will be a ring resize fee starting at $20.

• If you have a reaction to the tarnish resistant sterling silver (.935) that I use in all of my designs I will replace with the same item in traditional sterling silver (.925) at no charge.

• All returns must be in new, unworn condition.

• Because all rings are made when ordered, if a customer will be ordering multiple rings to try on for size or style there will be a 20% restocking fee for the returned rings.

• Custom-designed pieces, pieces personalized with text stamping and/ or sale items are *final sale* and cannot be returned.

• I will issue a refund as soon as I receive the returned ring in the mail.
