Running Hare Pendant

Hares can run up to 50 miles per hour and are associated with swiftness and agility.  Normally shy animals, in the springtime they can be observed boxing each other and behaving excitedly, hence the phrase "mad as a march hare." Often depicted as tricksters, hares have also long been symbols of love and fertility.
