Thunderbird Pendant
Thunderbird Pendant
The thunderbird is a creature of legend among many North American indigenous peoples (including the Algonquian and Iroquois peoples of the northeast) often depicted in art and folklore. This huge bird of power is said to create lightning by flashing it's eyes, and thunder by flapping it's great wings. It is often said to bring rain and storms, living in the clouds above the highest mountains. In some cultures a punisher of immoral humans and in others a protector of humans, it is in all cases highly respected and often feared for it's great strength.
Part of my Spirit Animal collection, our thunderbird pendant is hand cut and textured from tarnish-resistant sterling silver, darkened with a patina that brings out the details
Comes on a sterling silver chain that is adjustable between 14 and 17 inches depending on your preference.
